Tanoa Tusitala hosts Chef Murray Dick, Chef Murray is the Continental Director for the Pacific Rim for the World Association for Chefs Society.

Murray in Samoa to support the newly formed Samoan Culinary Association, SCA, an affiliate member of WACS and their first Grass Roots Cookery Trainee-ship graduation dinner for 2016.

Executive Chef of Tanoa Tusitala Michael Hardy is the Vice President of the Samoan Culinary Association and was an integral part of creating SCA in 2015.

Michael Hardy said that “having Murray here to speak to so many influential people in the industry is essential to growth of our Association and the hospitality industry here” Michael went on to thank his hotel and group Tanoa Tusitala and The Reddy Group “working with a company that understands and supports the growth of the industry in invaluable” Tanoa Tusitala Hotel and their General Manager Jason Strickland have supported SCA from the beginning, even hosting the Grass Roots Cookery trainee-ship graduation dinner in the conference room for 140 guests.
